We're forced to do some updates to our shipping policies.
In the past, when an order didn't arrive to a fan, we always re-sent it, eventually, to make sure everybody got their stuff :).
But due to the extremely high number of lost packages lately, this is simply not possible anymore. We're losing too much time, and money too for that matter.
Some territories are more problematic than others. South America and Mexico has the highest rates of lost / stolen packages. Italy, Greece and Spain have been problematic too.
We want every fan to be 100% happy with their orders, but since we're not able to re-send stuff anymore, we only send parcels to some specific territories as registered mail with a tracking code.
Unfortunately, our postal office charges us quite a bit extra for this service. In return, though, you can be 100% sure that the parcel arrives. As a bonus, it can be tracked at all times.
We still allow shippings to some territories (including USA, Japan, Australia and parts of Europe) to be sent without tracking - these are the countries we consider to be "safe" to ship to, and all these countries have a minimum percentage of lost packages. Sending with a tracking code to these countries are optional, if you want to be able to track it.
